About Me
Tryon Arts and Crafts School is an idea born in a snow storm over fifty years ago: Demonstrate, teach and promote the art of handcrafts. We do this from our home in the Harmon Field Arts & Community Center. The mission of Tryon Arts and Crafts is to preserve, enhance and promote our native mountain arts and crafts heritage by providing education, instruction and opportunity to express, develop and showcase creative talent.
