Formerly known as the American Lung Association of Santa Clara-San Benito Counties, Breathe California was established in San Jose in 1911. Breathe California offers smoking cessation classes and anti-tobacco advocacy, asthma education for children and adults, supports groups for victims of emphysema and COPD, and extensive clean air activities.
